Our supported service offers a fantastic first-step to creating an effective, low-cost catering solution by giving you the foundations you need to make your catering operation a success.
We’ll get you set up, replacing clunky traditional hardware with the wireless Till POS. Throughout the set up, you’ll receive full technical support and user training, giving you and your staff the confidence you need to make every lunch hour a simple, smooth process for everyone involved.
And, as an added benefit, we’ll get you set up to make the most of GOV.UK Notify which is free and fully integrated with our solutions - making communications with parents a breeze! Whether it’s automated text reminders, a personalised message, or bulk messaging, we’ve got you covered.
Need an extra pair of hands? With our Maintained Service, we’ll go even further, providing additional support for product and menu changes throughout the lifespan of your contract (known as Moves, Adds, Deletions and Changes (MADC)).
Our Customer Success team will also arrange bi-annual reviews with you and your staff to make sure your catering solution is running as smoothly as possible - and even identify any improvements to boost uptake and revenue!
If that wasn’t enough, our Fully Managed service offering will provide you with everything you will ever need to enhance your catering service, for as long as you need it.
Initial set-up, GOV.UK Notify, technical and user support, MADCs, and Customer Success consultations are all included as standard. Then we go further.
