We use MailChimp email marketing services to send email marketing communications to our customers, prospective customers and users who subscribed to our mailing list and updates. MailChimp automatically places single pixel gifs, also known as web beacons, in every email which we send to user using MailChimp. These are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that enable us and MailChimp to recognise when email addresses have opened an email or clicked certain links. These technologies record each recipient’s email address, IP address, date, and time associated with each email campaign. MailChimp use these data to create reports for us about how an email campaign performed and what actions recipients took. For information on how MailChimp uses personal data, please see their privacy notice.

Landing pages

We also use the Mailchimp feature known as “Landing Pages”. Selecting Contact Us on our landing page www.mypebble.co.uk allows visitors to sign up to our mailing list for our newsletter.
